COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ac Technology SM405 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Accu-sort products, including obsoleted and phased-out Acl7120-Rev.b parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Accuray product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Accu-sort such as the AV400020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACL7120 manufactured by Acl7120-Rev.b and we are pleased to be able to service most Acl7120-Rev.b systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 061589002 by Manufacturer Accuray as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Adept Brand 1033211410 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Acromag such as 4M00388 equipment made by Acromag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acromag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acromag" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM450 made by Ac-Technology as well as the popular NPSA104MUIP1 original spares produced by Actus Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EXDIA10A00AD01 by Adept and 4M00388 spares by Acromag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B25A20INSCI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advanced-Motion-Controls. |
